CAN-SPAM Act Compliance

All sending operations conform to the requirements of the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Transactional email is our only use case.

GDPR Compliance Framework

Data processing agreements available. Recipient data is handled under strict retention and processing limitations. Data subject rights requests are honored within 30 days.

TLS Encryption in Transit

All email traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3. Opportunistic TLS is enforced on all SMTP connections. We do not accept unencrypted connections.

Abuse Monitoring & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Automated systems monitor all outbound traffic for spam patterns, unauthorized bulk sending, and policy violations. Violations result in immediate account suspension without appeal.

Data Protection & Retention Policies

Email content is retained for a maximum of 30 days for delivery diagnostic purposes only. Metadata logs are retained for up to 90 days. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

CloudRelay operates exclusively as a transactional email relay. The following activities are permanently and unconditionally prohibited on our platform:

Phishing, spoofing, or identity deception

Distribution of malware or malicious content

Any content that violates U.S. federal or state law

Violations of this policy result in immediate, permanent account termination. CloudRelay reserves the right to report abuse to relevant authorities and upstream providers.
